BA (Hons) Illustration for Graphic Novels

This unique course enables you to specialise within illustration in developing illustrations for graphic novels enabling you to gain an in-depth knowledge of this area.

The degree is designed to encompass a broad range of creative skills, that are vocationally orientated and specifically orientated towards students’ need for the knowledge, experience and skills which will promote a confident approach to prospective employment as illustrators in the graphic novels industry and related creative industries.

Through studying this course you will understand how to convey stories and ideas through text and art, develop strong characters, research stories and creative concepts and using drawing as a method of communication.
